“This call may be recorded for quality purposes.”
How many times have we actually heard this whenever we call [or receive a call from] an establishment? Plenty of times, I’m sure. Call recording is a common practice nowadays. It’s basically for quality purposes but some other places probably use the recording for some other reasons. A few years ago, we had to look for some specialized call recorders for our own use because we were getting and making some calls at home that we believed we had to record. The decision to record calls proved to be crucial in some legal problems we were faced during those times.
I don’t know many people who record calls but my husband is planning in recording calls for his small business as soon as they can afford it. He has actually started looking at call voice loggers while trying to find a quality phone I can use for my latest job. He stumbled upon call recording products which he believes will be perfect for the kind of business they run. Hopefully, they'll be able to start doing this at the start of the coming year.
